Jean Monnet Scholarship Program

Jean Monnet Scholarship Program, as one of Türkiye’s longest and most prestigious project, have been carried out with an agreement between the Republic of Türkiye and the European Commission in 1989.

Within the scope of the program, selected scholars are granted the right to do research or postgraduate studies in a university or equivalent institution in the EU member countries for a period of at least 3 to 12 months. Jean Monnet scholarships are allocated to studies on EU-related issues within the framework of Türkiye’s EU harmonization process.
